Abstract

The impact of leri water concentrate on the growth and production of some varieties of oyster mushroom (Pleurotes ostreatus Jacq. Ex Fr). The purposes of this research Is to determine the concentrate of leri water that can produce the growing of oyster mushroom and also the best production of some kind of oyster mushroom. this research was conducted in farmers’ field of jamur tiram Jl. Rawa Sari Rt. 40 Rw 10 Kel. Bukit Sangkal Celentang, District Kalidoni Palembang. This research used a randomize block design/Random group design (RAK) factorial with 12 combination treatment that was repeat as much as 3 times. The first factor is water L4=60 ml/l liter of water . the second factor is varieties of oyster mushroom (V) : V1 = white oyster mushroom, V2 = pink oyster mushroom, V3 = oyster mushroom brown. The changing that was observed is harvest time (days) and how many oyster mushroom that will growing in one clump (fruit), maximum width of the hood (cm) and the total weight of the oyster mushroom growing (g). The results showed that the provision of water treatment tabulation leri 60 ml / l of water provide the best growth and production of weighing 285.77 g total weight. Treatment of white oyster mushroom varieties give the best effect on the number of fruiting bodies of fungi, mildew fruit hood width and total weight of fruit fungus. In the tabulation of the interaction between the provision of water treatment leri 60 ml / l of water with white oyster mushroom varieties good influence on the growth and production.

Abstract

The research aims to identify and study the dose of EM 4 administration on the growth and production of some of the best in upland rice varieties in swampy areas. This research activity has been carried out from the month of June to September 2014. This study This study used a split-plot design as the main plot treatments were: 4 EM dose and treatment of children's plot is a variety of upland rice varieties and each repeated 3 times. Yag factors examined in this study include the dose of EM 4 5 ml / l, 10 ml/ l and 15 ml / l while the varieties used are varieties Situ bangendit, Huma and Andalas parameters observed in this study is the High Plant (cm ), 2. Maximum Number of Tillers, 3. The number of productive tillers, panicles 4. length (cm), 5. Total Grain Permalai, 6. Number of Contents Grain, Grain Perumpun 7. weight (g), 8. Percentage of Grain Vacuum (% ), 9. 1000 grain weight. 10. Production Perpetak. The results can in this study is the interaction between treatment dose administration of EM 4 15 ml / l and the use of varieties Situbagendit showed good results on the growth and yield of rice Gogo in swampy areas.

Abstract

Response of Growth and Crop Production Canna (Canna edulis Kerr.) On treatment type and dosage of Manure on Ultisol Soil ''. Research has been carried out for 5 moon began to from May 2013 to October 2013 in the farmyard Jln. Rajawali II Lrg. Jasmine II Sekip Palembang. The research aims to determine the type and dose of the best manure on growth and yield of canna (Canna edulis Kerr). The research method used is Divided plots Design (Split plot design) with 9 combined treatment and repeated three times. Treatment main plot ie Type Manure (P) consisting of P1 = Manure Chicken Manure; P2 = Manure Cow Manure; P3 = Manure Manure Goats, while a subplot that dose of manure (T) consists of T1 = 15 tons / ha; T2 = 30 tons / ha; T3 = 45 tons / ha. Variables measured consisted of plant height (cm), number of tillers per hill, number of leaf midrib (strands), tuber weight (g) and dry berangkasan weight (g). Based on the analysis of diversity showed that treatment of chicken manure manure types, doses of manure 45 tonnes / ha and their interactions very significant effect on all observed variables. The best treatment is the type of manure chicken manure, manure dose of 45 t / ha manure and chicken manure interactions and dosing manure 45 tonnes / ha with a production of canna reach ± 42 tons / ha.

Abstract

Pemberian Pupuk Nitrogen Dan Kompos Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit Untuk Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq) Stadia Pre Nursery. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dosis pupuk nitrogen dan pupuk kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit (TKKS) yang dapat menghasilkan pertumbuhan terbaik pada penelitian kelapa sawit stadia pre nursery. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Agroteknologi Fakultas Pertaniaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang di Kampus C desa pulau semambu, Kecamatan Indralaya Utara, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Dimulai pada bulan Mei sampai July 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 20 kombinasi yang diulang sebanyak tiga kali dan 3 tanaman contoh.Adapun perlakuan sebagai berikut : dosisi pupuk Nitrogen (N), N0 = Tanpa pupuk, N1 = 1 g Urea/polybag, N2 = 2 g Urea/polybag, N3 = 3 g Urea/polybag. Takaran pupuk Kompos TKKS K0 = Kontrol, K1 = 150 g kompos TKKS/polybag, K2 = 300 g kompos TKKS/polybag, K3 = 450 g kompos TKKS/polybag, K4 = 600 g kompos TKKS/polybag..Peubah yang diamati dalam penelitian adalah Tinggi tanaman (cm), Panjang akar (cm), Jumlah daun (helai), Berat kering tanaman (g), dan Berat kering akar (g). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberiaan pupuk nitrogen dengan takaran 2 g urea/polybag danpemberian pupuk kompos TKKS dengan takaran 450 g kompos TKKS/polybag menghasilkan pertumbuhan terbaik tanaman kelapa sawit di stadia pre nursery.

Abstract

The Influence of a Particular Kind of Fertilizer Field Entomologist on Growth and Production of SomeHybrid Cron Variety (Zea mays L.). This study aims to: study and evaluate the effect of biological fertilizerswith particular variety on growth and yield of maize (Zea mays L.). This research was conducted at theexperimental farm of the Faculty of Agriculture Campus C Muhammadiyah University of Palembang Hamlet1 Semambu Island Village District of North Indralaya Ogan Ilir South Sumatra. In December 2014 until March2015. This study used a draft Plots Divided (Split-plot Design). The treatment is performed on each subplot isthe type of biological fertilizer and of some variety with 3 replications. Variables observed consisted of: HighPlant (cm), Total Leaves (strands), Weight Cob (g), length seeded Cob (cm), Cob Diameter (cm), Weight 100Corn seeds (g), Berangkas Corn Dry Weight ( g), and Yield Per Plots (kg) The results of this study indicatethat although provision of fertilizer Variety and biological Mikoriza, give the best results on the growth andproduction of hybrid corn maize (Zea mays L) with the highest yield (9, 54 ton / ha) Variety Bisi 2 andMikoriza.

Abstract

Respon Pertumbuhan Stek Tanaman Tebu (Saccharum officinarum L.) Terhadap Jenis dan Takaran Pupuk Organik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan stek tanaman tebu (Saccharum officinarum L.) terhadap jenis dan takaran pupuk organik. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Kampus C, Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. Dusun 1, Desa Pulau Semambu, Kecamatan Indralaya Utara, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan mei 2015 sampai dengan bulan agustus 2015. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 8 kombinasi perlakuan diulang 4 kali, adapun faktor perlakuan yang digunakan adalah jenis pupuk organik (O) O1 = pupuk organik limbah pasar, O2 = pupuk organik blotong dan takaran pupuk (T) T0 = kontrol, T1 = 5 ton/ha, T2 = 10 ton/ha, T3 = 15 ton/ha. Peubah yang diamati, waktu keluar tunas (hst), tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), jumlah anakan (buah), persentase tanaman hidup (%). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan pemberian pupuk organik blotong menghasilkan pertumbuhan bibit tebu terbaik dibandingkan dengan pemberian pupuk organik limbah pasar, dan juga pemberian pupuk organik dengan takaran 15 ton/ha menghasilkan pertumbuhan bibit tebu terbaik dibandingkan dengan pemberian pupuk organik dengan takaran 10 ton/ha dan 5 ton/ha.

Abstract

Kendala budidaya di lahan kering adalah kesuburan tanah yang rendah.  Penggunaan pupuk anorganik/kimia secara intensif dapat menurunkan bahan organik tanah menjadi sangat rendah, selanjutnya menurunkan produksi.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kombinasi pupuk anorganik + organik yang tepat serta varietas yang dapat beradaptasi dengan baik untuk meningkatkan produksi padi pada kering. Penelitian di lapangan disusun berdasarkan Rancangan Petak Terbagi (Split-plot design) dengan 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Sebagai petak utama adalah  kombinasi pupuk (P) yaitu: P1 =100% pupuk anorganik (kontrol), P2= 75 % pupuk anorganik + 25% pupuk organik, P3 =  50% pupuk anorganik + 50% pupuk organik, P4= 25% pupuk anorganik + 75% pupuk organik. Sedangkan perlakuan untuk Anak Petak adalah: Varietas, yaitu : V1  = Inpago 11,  V2  = Limboto, dan V3  = JTLDR-G-416 ( Genotipe ).  Parameter yang diamati meliputi: tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlahanakan maksimum, jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah gabah per malai, persentase gabah hampa (%), berat 1000 butir (g), berat gabah per rumpun (g),  produksi gabah per petak  panen(kg).  Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Penggunaan pupuk organik dapat mengurangi pemakaian pupuk anorganik/kimia, pada kombinasi pupuk anorganik 50% + organik 50%, dapat meningkatkan hasil tanaman padi sebesar 23.8% dibandingkan tanpa menambahkan pupuk organik. 2. Varietas Inpago-11 menghasilkan produksi paling tinggi dibandingkan varietas Limboto dan genotipe baru JTLDR-G-416. 3. Varietas Inpago-11 yang diberi pupuk anorganik 50% + organik 50%, dapat menghasilkan gabah sebesar  ±6,0 ton/ha.
