Pengaruh Model Cooperative Learning Tipe Think- Pair-Share terhadap Hasil Belajar

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low learning outcomes of students. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of cooperative learning model type think-pair-share to learning outcomes. The design of this research is nonequivalent control group design with the type of research that is experimental research. The research samples were determined by usingnonprobability sampling technique. The sample was determined using saturated samples. Data collection techniques are done by non-test techniques (observation and documentation) and test techniques. The results showed that the average value of the experimental class N-Gain was 0.71, while in the control class was 0.59 with the N-Gain difference between the two classes of 0.12. The results of hypothesis testing obtained data tcount of 8.309 as for ttable of 2.021. The comparison shows that tcount > ttable is 8.309> 2.021 which means that there is a significant influence on the implementation of the cooperative learning model type think-pair-share to learning outcomes of students. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model cooperative learning tipe think-pair-share terhadap hasil belajar. Desain penelitian ini adalah nonequivalent control group design dengan jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian eksperimen. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling.Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik nontes (observasi dan dokumentasi) dan teknik tes. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa nilai rata-rata N-Gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,71, adapun di kelas kontrol sebesar 0,59 dengan selisih N-Gain kedua kelas sebesar 0,12. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh data thitung sebesar 8,309 adapun ttabel sebesar 2,021. Perbandingan tersebut menunjukkan thitung> ttabel yaitu 8,309 > 2,021 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada penerapan model cooperative learning tipe think-pair-share terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Kata kunci: think-pair-share, hasil belajar
