Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio and debt ratio to profitability in the Telecommunications Industry Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Further research using this term to the current ratio variable current ratio and debt-to-equity ratio / DER for variable rate debt and variable profitability using proxy return on equity / ROE. There were three (3) the company's largest telecom operator in Indonesia in terms of total assets and total revenues and the observation period 2011-2015. The data used is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of each of the companies that were sampled and then the data were analyzed using statistical tools linear regression. The study found that simultaneous current ratio and debt-to-equity ratio / DER significant influence (real) against the return on equity in the Telecommunications Industry Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, but partially the current ratio and debt-to-equity ratio / DER no effect significant (real) against the return on equity in the Telecommunications Industry Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

This research is purposed to know the influence of  inflation, rate of exchange and interest rate by simultan and parsial to change price share. This research population  at company which listed company of LQ45 in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2009-2015.The collecting data’s techinuqe is used in this research by searching internet data in order to obtain secondary data and library research in order to obtain the fundamental theory which has support this research.  This research use model analyse doubled linear regresi with inflation, rate of exchange and interest rate as independent variable and change price share as dependen variable Result of research indicate that concurrently, share price change influenced by inflation, rate of exchange and interest rate. While pursuant to conducted research by using t test got by result of that inflation, rate of exchange and rate of interest not have an effect on to  change price shareKeyword : Inflation, rate of exchange and rate of interest, Price Change Share and  LQ45 Company.

Abstract

Ratio Analysis Profitability At PT. Benakat Petroleum Energy Tbk period 2007-2012. Purpose of this study was to determine the profitability of the financial condition of PT. Benakat Petroleum Energy Tbk period 2007-2012. By using the ratio of profitability based on financial ratios will be able to know and evaluate the financial condition of the company. Source of data in this research is secondary data. Secondary data such as financial statements for 2007-2012 were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange that the financial statements for 6 years. This type of research is quantitative data. In this study, quantitative data in the form of data relating to the financial statements. While the data analysis method used is the analysis of profitability ratios. The analytical tool used in this study Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, Gross Profit Margin. From the results of analysis show that the company's profitability in the period 2007-2012 PT. Benakat Petroleum Energy Tbk return on assets decreased in 2007 and 2008 although in 2009 increased but in 2010 and 201 declined again until 2012 increased again, while the return on equity decreased only in 2010 and 2011, the net profit margin occurred a substantial decline in 2007 and 2008 although in 2009 increased but in 2010 and 2011 decreased again at the end of 2012 to increase again, and for gross profit margin decrease and increase in each year of the lowest in 2008 and highest in 2012. These results indicate that the performance of the company in managing its finances in terms of profitability ratio and efficient yet stable enough to run the company's day-to-day operations.

Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the health and safety on the performance of employees of PT. Sriwijaya Putera Mandiri. Number of members of a population of as many as 54 employees. The sampling technique using simple random sampling and determining the sample size in this study using Slovin formula, in order to obtain the results as much as 35 respondents to be sampled in the study. This research uses descriptive analysis with quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and using the technique of multiple linear regression analysis to measure the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is the safety Work (X1) and health (X2) as the independent variable (X) and employee performance as the dependent variable (Y). Processing of the data in this study aided by Stastitical program for Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 15. The results of this study states that occupational safety and health have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sriwijaya Putera Mandiri. Based on the results of empirical testing of safety and health variable has a value of 4.491 calculated F and the significant value of 0.001.Keywords: Occupational Health and Safety, Employee Performance

Abstract

Training is carried out in order to develop human resources and is able to add knowledge and skills that will ultimately affect employee performance. The aim of the study was to find out the effect of Training on Performance Employees at Perum BULOG in unit of Muara Telang sub-District of Banyuasin Regency of South Sumatra Province. In this study, quantitative descriptive method  was used. The technique for analyzing the data was simple linear regression analysis. The sample was all employees who worked at Perum BULOG Muara Telang sub-District unit of Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatera Province with a total number of 54 respondents. From the result of SPSS program, it showed that t-obtained was 7,547 and t-table was 1,674, and the significant level was 0.000 which was less than 0,05 so t-obtained> - table, it means that Ho was rejected, which can be stated that training partially had a significant effect on employee performance. From the result of correlation, it indicated that there was a strong correlation between training variable and employee performance variable, it could be seen from the correlation coefficient which was 0,723 or 72,3%, Then the result of coefficient of determination (R2) was 0,523 or 52,3% from the effect of training variable on employee performance variable at Perum BULOG in Muara Telang sub-District unit of Banyuasin regency of South Sumatera Province, while the rest was 47,7% affected by other factors which was not explained in this study.Keywords : Training, Employee Performance, Human Resource Management

Abstract

As many corporate institutions use the concept of marketing mix as a strategy to attract potential customers to be able to improve consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine and test the effect of Marketing Mix on Purchasing Decision at PT. Berlian Bersaudara Propertindo Palembang. By using quantitative statistical research methods and data analysis techniques used are simple regression analysis. Population in this research is consumer who buy house at PT. Berlian Bersaudara Propertindo Palembang and sample of 134 respondents with sampling technique using Slovin method.Instrument validity test results show that rcount ≥ rtabel means that all valid items and reliability is above 0.70 means all reliable. When viewed based on Test t shows the value of tcount (10,620) ≥ ttabel (1,656) sig (0,000) ≥ 0.05. It shows that the Marketing Mix is a significant effect on Purchase Decision. From the correlation result show the correlation between Marketing Mix to Decision of Purchase high assumption that is equal to 67,9%. Then the coefficient of determination (R2) shows the amount of 0.461% of the Marketing Mix of Purchase Decision, while the remaining 53.9% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : Marketing mix, Purchase Decision, Quantitative Methods.

Abstract

Bersamaan dengan perkembangannya, perusahaan industri dituntut untuk bersaing dengan sesama perusahaan sejenis agar dapat menciptakan produk dengan spesifikasi terbaik untuk kepuasan pelanggan yang terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan semen Baturaja di Palembang pada PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, menggunakan metode kuantitatif penelitian statistik dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen bisnis yang menjadi mitra bisnis PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk di Palembang dan sampel adalah 78 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil uji validitas instrumen menunjukkan bahwa r hitung ≥ r tabel artinya semua pernyataan item valid dan reliabilitas di atas 0,70 yang berarti reliabel. Jika dilihat berdasarkan uji t, menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung adalah (5,232) ≥ t tabel (1,665) sig (0,000) ≤ 0,05. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk sebagian dipengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Dari hasil korelasi, menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara kualitas produk dan kepuasan pelanggan dengan asumsi moderat yaitu 51,5%. Kemudian, koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah 0,265 atau 26,5% dari kualitas produk pada kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan sisanya 73,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci;  Kualitas Produk, Pelanggan, Kepuasaan, Sement Baturaja

Abstract

Studi ini melihat bagaimana harga jual efek kaca patri perak terhadap volume penjualan pada CV. Karunia Kaca Palembang. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui harga jual efek kaca patri perak terhadap volume penjualan pada CV. Karunia Kaca Palembang. Dimana variabel X adalah harga jual dan variabel Y adalah volume penjualan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dan sumber data bersifat sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dari hasil uji regresi sederhana yaitu bahwa variabel harga jual memiliki nilai negatif sebesar 2.734 yang berarti jika terjadi penurunan harga sebesar 1% maka akan meningkatkan volume penjualan sebesar 2.734%. Dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi bahwa R square sebesar 0,908 menunjukkan variabel independen (harga jual) 90,8% yang dapat menjelaskan variabel terikat (volume penjualan). Sedangkan sisanya 9,2% terkena atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji t diperoleh sebesar 9,951 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Kemudian nilai ttest dibandingkan dengan ttabel pada df = 12 - 2 = 10 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,05 pada nilai ttabel 2,228. Nilai nilai ttest Variabel X lebih besar dari ttabel (9,951> 2,228). Tingkat signifikan adalah 0,000 <0,05. Maka bisa dikatakan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai penjualan
