Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the health and safety on the performance of employees of PT. Sriwijaya Putera Mandiri. Number of members of a population of as many as 54 employees. The sampling technique using simple random sampling and determining the sample size in this study using Slovin formula, in order to obtain the results as much as 35 respondents to be sampled in the study. This research uses descriptive analysis with quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and using the technique of multiple linear regression analysis to measure the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is the safety Work (X1) and health (X2) as the independent variable (X) and employee performance as the dependent variable (Y). Processing of the data in this study aided by Stastitical program for Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 15. The results of this study states that occupational safety and health have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sriwijaya Putera Mandiri. Based on the results of empirical testing of safety and health variable has a value of 4.491 calculated F and the significant value of 0.001.Keywords: Occupational Health and Safety, Employee Performance

Abstract

South Sumatra is a province that consists of 13 Districts and 4 Cities. South Sumatra formally implement autonomy in 2004 set out in the legislation. Autonomy basically aims to provide greater opportunities for the regions to conduct financial management in particular regions. The construction has been done in South Sumatra Province can not be separated from central government grants to help regional development. The level of financial management independence showed that a region has gone well with maximizing resources to develop the region. Based on the data collected showed that The level of financial management independence South Sumatra province average is still a low level of self-sufficiency. Low levels of financial capability to finance its own activities of government in governance, development, and service to the community. Moreover, it can also mean that there are no significant improvements in terms of community participation in local development, namely in terms of payment of taxes and levies. Key words : Autonomy, Financial Management Independence, South Sumatra, public Sector Financial Management

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Achievement Employee Campaign Against Occupation In PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III South Sumatra .Penelitian have used a sample of 67 respondents and data collection using interviews, and assisted Statitical program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22 with computerized data analysis methods. Sampling using stratified random sampling method is sampling with regard strata (levels) in the population. Discussion of results of research using simple linear regression analysis to determine the effect Achievement Employee Campaign Against Occupation In PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III South Sumatra .Technique data collection is done through questionnaires or the distribution of questionnaires and interviews with respondents who selected .By simple regression test results indicate that there are influence employee performance against promotion on PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III South Sumatra amounting to 83.1 per cent and the remaining 16.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Key word : Employee Job Performance, Job Promotion

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find how the effect of democratic leadership style on employee job satisfaction was. The object of the study was PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Palembang. This study used qualitative and quantitative methods consisting of two variables: democratic leadership style as an independent variable and employee job satisfaction as a dependent variable. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. Techniques for collecting the data were interview, observation, questionnaire, documentation and literature study. In analyzing the data, simple regression analysis and t-test were used. The result of the study showed that the democratic leadership style partially had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. It could be seen from the R which was 0.626 that means there was a good correlation between the democratic leadership style and very good employee job satisfaction. In addition, the result of hypothesis testing through t-test also showed that the significance level was 0,000 which was greater than 0.05, and it means partially the democratic leadership style had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: Democratic leadership style, Employee job satisfaction, Humen resource management

Abstract

Training is carried out in order to develop human resources and is able to add knowledge and skills that will ultimately affect employee performance. The aim of the study was to find out the effect of Training on Performance Employees at Perum BULOG in unit of Muara Telang sub-District of Banyuasin Regency of South Sumatra Province. In this study, quantitative descriptive method  was used. The technique for analyzing the data was simple linear regression analysis. The sample was all employees who worked at Perum BULOG Muara Telang sub-District unit of Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatera Province with a total number of 54 respondents. From the result of SPSS program, it showed that t-obtained was 7,547 and t-table was 1,674, and the significant level was 0.000 which was less than 0,05 so t-obtained> - table, it means that Ho was rejected, which can be stated that training partially had a significant effect on employee performance. From the result of correlation, it indicated that there was a strong correlation between training variable and employee performance variable, it could be seen from the correlation coefficient which was 0,723 or 72,3%, Then the result of coefficient of determination (R2) was 0,523 or 52,3% from the effect of training variable on employee performance variable at Perum BULOG in Muara Telang sub-District unit of Banyuasin regency of South Sumatera Province, while the rest was 47,7% affected by other factors which was not explained in this study.Keywords : Training, Employee Performance, Human Resource Management

Abstract

The aim of this study was find out the impact of motivation on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Palembang City at UPTD of Commercial Vehicle Licensing Center. The data used was census data that takes all of fifty one employees as the sample. The technique for collecting the data was questionnaire. The result of the study conducted using empirical testing on a simple linear regression showed that Motivation (X) had an impact on the Performance (Y).The motivation to creating a good performance. Therefore, this company should be able to improve the motivation that will produce a maximum work. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between the motivation on employees performance.Motivation directly affected the employee performance in creating good performance. Thus employees should increase motivation in order to improve their performance. Finally, it could be concluded that there was a positive and significant impact of motivation on employee performance.Keywords:Motivation, Employee Performance, Human Resources Management
